大太陽下路跑真的很虐心~
一開始下水,居然手錶按錯,變成取消。
游到一半才發現,再按開始,
游泳變成沒有記錄~
游泳龜速前進,只有被不斷的刷卡~
中了不少無影腳,活水湖的水喝了不少
上岸後慢跑,遇到226神人劉老板~
還鼓勵我繼續衝,不要等他~
誰知~他一上腳踏車後,只看到他背影閃過就消失在車陣中~
腳踏車買來也只騎了300K,其實沒什麼練~
沿途水瓶沒拿好,掉到路上,要撿回來,還摔車。
多虧了好心車友看到幫我撿回來~
前面的45K,還順順的騎車,45K後,腳也開始不聽使喚,大腿內側抽筋,只好降速~慢慢的邊騎邊拉筋~
唯一加速的機會,只有利用下坡~
好不容易回到轉換區,換裝跑步~
果然大腿抽筋變嚴重了~前面2K只有8分速~
看到醫務機車,趕緊噴肌樂再拉筋,才稍稍好轉
這個時候已經是透中導~台東的太陽真的很大,沿途靠著海棉加冰水降溫,努力維持住5分速回到終點~
三鐵真的需要有鐵人的意志~
