本想跑200m*2+400m*4二輪,結果輸課表時頭腦昏昏,竟不小心把200m*2拉到400m*4裡,結果變成200*2+400*1五趟😂😂,最後也沒跑完全部課表,真是亂七八糟⋯⋯😨
不過今天跑起來還算穩,前後速度也沒掉太多,算是好現象吧!
