星光馬賽前LSD,找了羅東小龜團練
也是第一次練超半馬的距離,加上天空好多雲
使得這次團練可以順利達成目標(雖然比目標還少了2KM)
只記得前10K還可以順順的跑
接下來的9K配速就已掉到七、八分速
最後的9K更是有點跑不動了因為太陽也要上工了
非常感謝小龜陪跑前2/3多,好讓我撐完這次的LSD
