突破5小時的願望沒有達成, 但是很難想像我可以 獲得總排第五跟這些高手 一起站在台上領獎, 就算挑戰5小時失敗也沒關係了。
比賽前一天來到台東陰天無雨的好天氣, 期待隔天也可以是這樣的天氣, 但是真正比賽日從6點放行太陽就一直高掛在空中,連一片雲都沒有, 游泳的部分差強人意39分出水, 騎車竟然在馬亨亨大道遇到很強的逆風, 本來期待的里程短少並沒有發生,足足騎了90公里均速36初, 開始跑步的時候腳有一點抽筋的感覺,所以不敢衝太快 隨著比賽的進行太陽越來越大 想要衝也沒辦法衝了, 終點前1.5公里被總四超過 ,只能力守這總五, 跑步的速度從剛開始的5分速一直掉最後幾公里的近5:40了, 總結就是練不夠 要挑戰sub5, 12月台東超鐵繼續努力
