已經好久沒能跑進四小時內了.跑完最後上坡知道這場機會很大.因此補給站很多想吃的都不敢碰(貢丸湯.滷味).怕吃了跑不動.
最近竟然在繞阡陌的一補給站.拿了新竹物流的紀念品(後來才知道是一只瓷器杯子.有包裝盒.紙袋子裝著)就這樣拿著它繞了阡陌兩圈.約莫32K時右小腿快要抽筋感覺.這時趕緊把速度放慢.如果大抽筋那可能要花更久時間處理.就這樣只要有抽筋感覺就又放慢速度.
