| 起跑後一直提醒自己要忍忍忍,所以配速都控在4分尾穩穏前進,心率也控制的不錯,但過了半馬開始出現狀況。肚子一度不舒服還想上廁所,從這時候開始退腿似乎不給力已經降到520左右,更在30K開始出現抽抽樂的狀況,在看達原訂目標無法達成,只好放掉,只求安全回到終,最後僅能小破年初台北渣打PB三分鐘。
