目標沒達成,第三趟去程下坡 ITB發作,這次不是膝蓋外側痛了,換到髖關節外側痛痛痛阿,回程的下坡撐不住,跑走跑走歪七扭八結束自主訓練 (已哭 T__T)。
看到一個小妹妹在上坡的時候翻筋斗,然後一個沒翻好差點滾下去,有點嚇到也有點好笑XD
