| 挑戰好幾次的330始終未能成功,今天的台北馬拉松再次嘗試,賽前多日陰雨的天氣讓我疏於練習,也擔心今天的表現。
跟北投的朋友們一起到市政府集合,不愧是大拜拜,人多到集合時都暖和了,起跑後一路以4:55/km的速度前進,但陰雨天氣跟大逆風讓我前進困難。
半馬以後股四頭肌已經開始酸了,我也幾乎快抽筋了,但為了目標而努力,還是奮力衝刺,腳底也因潮濕的鞋子而起了多顆水泡,每往前一步就是一陣痛楚。
