雪恥,今日要試試15K能否持久510的配速,
鑒於好幾次比賽中吃喝後肚子會痛,在10K處加入喝水的關卡不停錶,讓肚子習慣跑步進食;約12K覺上半身沒力求饒降速,降到520,然而後面突然有一腳步一直跟一直跟,不想被超車又回到510的配速,且其實不會太累太喘,由此推論其實是還有力量繼續配速跑的。
嘿 好像真的有進步耶
最近因為全馬逼近要好好保護腳,很害怕受傷,還有知道奮力跑會很累,總不敢/不想放開速度跑,還好今天有人push...不試都不曉得自己原來有進步...太感動了...順便階段測試一下能力到哪也好;不過操場人真多,跑到一半跟一個阿姨相撞撞滿懷,好危險喔...
