去程一開始就上坡,以7-9分速不喘應對,10K下坡也沒敢放開跑,但回程還是掉馬了。只跑了1-2K2隻大腿就抽筋,步行將近10K,終於來到下坡路段,剛開始抽筋的腳還不太能使喚,漸漸才跑開。感謝中間供應西瓜的跑友,讓我有繼續跑下去的動力。
看來山路沒練,還真是沒轍。
