停跑一個月作復健以來,發覺體力肌力都退步許多,這個年紀即使每天練習想要維持水準,都非常吃力,遑論還休息一個月都沒再跑。幾次的練跑都無法進到5分速內,感覺好像真的回不去了,只能調整自己跑步的心態,盡量維持不要掉太多就好!
