青潭 陽光橋 溪洲部落
梅雨還在,水位高碧潭浮筒橋再次關閉,高繞公路進河濱後加點速度跑,大約七八成力之間,速度配進五分內即可,每趟約2~2.5k,遇上坡則放緩恢復約1'~2',今日往溪洲部落前進,看到新部落完成後居民多遷入,舊部落還在整治中。回程依這配速順順跑完,有暢快感~感覺跑力逐步恢復中~
