大佳河濱 民權大橋
今日夏至,為了躲太陽特別提早30分鐘起跑,結果太陽早已在一旁等待😅 進河濱後去程盡量輕鬆跑,大約是p5:05左右,回程試著提一點速度,不過大概也只能到p4:55左右就有些微吃力感了,夏天正式駕臨了~
