為了高雄12H的賽事,參加了超馬天后盧明珠的夜間練習 PM10:00- AM6:00,由蘭潭泛月至崇仁護專來回一趟7公里,至蘭潭泛月涼亭補給後再一起跑。練習跨夜跑從深夜跑至天明,這8小時裡有很多的體會,從身體的負荷到體力的消耗都是一個大的變化,慶幸的是這8小時裡有超馬界的天后明珠姐和北回的元香姐的指導與教授經驗,才能平安順利的完成夜訓,也從中吸收許多寶貴的經驗。
