基本訓練
今天本來想以5分15秒的速度LSD起碼24K的,結果六點多就覺得熱又累,本來想撐下去的,想想還是回去休息好了,上次跑24K300cc的水綽綽有餘,今天不到15K就把水給喝光了,狀況真差!!!
