模式一樣,剛起跑痛點有感,起跑後10圈左右,大概是習慣疼痛感,反而忘了它的存在,然後速度就起來...只不過,今天的跑步比起前幾次更輕鬆、更輕快,大概是有睡飽吧!
可惜的是...跑完後的上班,又被打回原形,光走都非常有感。唉,何時才能痊癒啊?
