上週50K後腿酸了兩天,這禮拜周間沒有跑,周末再開始~
前15K跑了10趟間歇,儘量控制在1K 跑5分之內。
前段的GPS有些狀況,LAP按鍵看來容易失常。
經過社子大橋約到15K附近,之後往大佳跑一段,再往回跑。勉強時速10K左右。
好一陣子沒聽人來瘋錄音黨,這集蠻有趣的,柔姊生日,江太聊到之前被狗咬的事,媽寶J點唱機,soilder Yep, Amanda call in ~ 很有意思的一集~
