賽後評分: 4:20飯店出發接駁到會場4:30、寄物很多人,早餐吃糯米前19公里上坡跑不起來,20K後約5分速下到30K,肚子餓還好有白飯撐到60K轉換,跑到73公里後把剩餘白飯吃完,最後13公里吃一包能量包,12:52:15完賽,期間如果沒白飯肚子空空,跑不起了,天氣好,全程手套保暖,風景優美很多楓樹轉黃落葉有北國風情。
