早上睡過頭了,到鳳水州哥都已經12公里完食了,只好拉著他再跑一趟~自己則是慢慢推完4趟,真的不能超速,也練習吃鹽錠跟所謂的補給⋯嗯太甜了⋯後來就沒吃慢慢跑完,跟近期唯一的差別就是,沒有所謂的肚子餓痛感,這大概是我覺得唯一的差異⋯
不然我這個不專業人士也不知道有吃補給的差異⋯
