專注在跑道 找人跟(結果一直換車)
賽前一包bcaa,15k再吃一包,30k吃小的能量膠
其他就喝大會的運動飲料 水 橘子 和一小段香蕉
5k沒什麼感覺,10k也沒什麼感覺,一直很舒服的跑著就這樣,因為非認證賽事,5週後有重頭戲-台北馬,所以不能太拼,只有在最後進田徑場才加速追過前面兩個日本女人
