我迅速的爬起來,繼續跑,其實我才剛跑1K多而已,在那當下,我感覺不到一絲的痛,
過一會兒頭漸漸的開始痛了,也開始暈暈的,不過跑一跑後痛感漸漸消失,過沒多久就到與祥哥約定的地點開始今天的五部曲路線。
今天老天很給力,天氣熱的跟夏天沒兩樣,還好很多路線都有遮陰的地方,只有鯉魚潭前曬了快4k的太陽,跑完就在樹屋吃吃喝喝,完成這美麗的路線。
