今天天公伯啊給了一個超級棒的天氣,陰天加上飄著毛毛細雨,真是棒呆了!只可惜我的肚子很不爭氣~光拉肚子就搞了八次左右,我真的飽了(´▽`),好加在大力金鋼腿夠意思~沒抽筋⋯⋯!沿路起跑先走193線道,再接瑞港公路到新長虹橋在走台11回到玉長公路,到玉長已經跑78左右了,光爬這個大坡就飽了~走超大!下玉長完剛好剩六公里,一路開回去瓦拉米住宿,馬上去火車站改車票後再回去洗澡,有熱水澡真好(o^^o),超馬就是會遇到一些讓你想不到的難題,又讓我上了一課!
