保四失敗了,問題出在那兒呢?補給太好吃太多了,吃到最後6K吐得淅瀝嘩啦,完全跑不動,很感謝志恆陪著我走完最後的5K,最後2K又吐了,差點被騎機車的志工載回去~
吃補給的功力太差了,跑馬不是就要享受美味的補給,我唯二場有認真吃的場次都吐到不要不要的,一定得好好練練~
