4:30開始跑山路沒路燈的路段真的還蠻暗的,偶有成群的野狗或猴子散坐在路中間,跑過時都小心翼翼的,不敢太快或出太大聲,感覺有點驚險,5:40天漸漸亮,6點多就開始太陽高掛了,大家今天都在補上班,自己一個人慢慢跑,最後繞圈的3K雖是平地卻是最累的,但總算跑完了.
