玩樂跑, 完全沒定目標時間, 保持輕鬆的心境去享受. 31K 停低慢慢食拉麵. 頭 30K 幾乎全跑, 除了出入水站可能要行. 31K 上大橋開始要行, 之後都係行吓跑吓, 沒有抽筋完賽.
帶咗四包 Gel, 一包都冇食, 只係食咗八粒電解丸 (大約一個小時兩料), 其餘食大會補給. 賽後評分: 伙食良好. 31K 左右有多款不同拉麵, 餃子.
沿途大半程佈滿打氣的群眾.
