大阪天氣不到10度,好冷,參加人數3萬多人比上次金澤馬人還多,出發時已經20多分鐘,前面10K都在閃避跑者,中途上廁所等了3分鐘(人很多,以後儘量要起跑前去廁所),中後段還是掉速,不過至少還是在4小時跑完來得及趕去機場,但這樣快閃跑海外馬好累!
