這星期只跑了星期三,其餘時間幾乎休跑,已經很久沒休這麼多天了,又加上感冒,咳嗽,鼻水直流,頭昏昏沈沈的,站在起跑點時,心想這場又是超馬,順順跑完就好~
在第5k時追上了女總一的前導車,就變成女總一了,跑得壓力好大,感冒本想慢慢跑的,但志恆的朋友"野原樂"全程陪在我旁邊跑,不好意思跑太慢,二人就有一句沒一句的跑到23K折返點了,折返後發現女總二、三就在200~300處而已~
折返沒多久,野原樂就又跟上了,感謝他在前面帶著我跑,偶爾又會放慢速度等我,今天能得到女總一,一半功勞歸他,如果沒有他陪著跑,後半速度一定掉得亂七八糟,大概早就被女總二"吟霞"輾過~
今天我的前42k終於又跑進330了呦!已經大半年都跑不進去了
