台南蘇遊民 手錶沒電,22k在跑友的手錶內
第二場100公里完成✅
在會場接了跑友的80k,晚上就在想⋯都跑80了,為什麼不直接上100!
一起跑就開始拉肚子,跟南橫一樣,我跟陳咸亨又是最後面的,慢慢的跑在第一補給站遇到湯包姨和涂義祥就一起邊跑邊玩,在21k左右又跑去拉肚子,後面就只敢吃水果,深怕衛生紙不夠,一路頭痛加肚子脹氣回終點。
5小時21分玩到34k,問涂董:我12:30到折返點來不來的及回終點,他說來的及啊!後面又補你是問100還是80?
我:100的,他:有點趕!
來吧,咸亨我們來玩交換禮物,換好之後就跟他們掰掰,自己獨跑。
當快到綱嫂家前的二個坡,血糖明顯降低,眼睛沒辦法對焦,撐到綱嫂家看到習品涵馬上問有沒有東西吃,吃了三塊地瓜跟純米酒煮的燒酒雞,血糖回升了。
40k時間11:22,又問雲天青阿福現在進去折返點12:30到來不來的及回終點,他:時間很趕!嗯⋯⋯身上沒bcaa沒能量膠和鹽糖,怕跟剛剛血糖過低抓了蠻牛跟地瓜裝起來,抱著寧願被關門也不願意棄賽。
一路遇到很多認識的跑友,看到我剛要進去,臉上露出怎麼還沒進去的問號❓
到達50k折返點12:20,比預期快10分,拍完照馬上往回跑,已經沒什麼人了,回到綱嫂家60k/13:30,吃個東西,離關門時間還有5:30,40k⋯⋯可以,絕對夠。
拉完筋開始下坡9k,最後40k還好有鄭銘境和阿福的補給車,9k完後就11k上坡,走⋯⋯不能停,一停時間就沒了。
撐完無盡的上坡,手錶也快沒電,剛好銘鏡補給車在前面,跟他借了手錶,這時已經不看配速只看時間,超過7點就是被關門,還沒到就繼續跑,吃個東西,他說快下坡了,嘿啊,再來就是20k連續下坡回終點,頭依然痛著肚子一樣漲氣,跑到一半還去催吐,卻吐不出東西。
在河邊的補給站遇到阿福,問我需要什麼,小7能量膠,沒停繼續努力跑。
慢慢的遇到跑友,代表我已經追上後半段了。
天色昏暗,到最後第二個補給站看到阿福,馬上問他剩幾k,他:只剩8k,看了手錶還有58分!夠時間一定夠,在補給站看到歸仁長跑會長,路上有夠暗,找有手電筒的跟一段路,太慢,還是自己跑好了,看著邊邊白線往最後補給站跑。
看到最後補給站就只剩4k,關門時間還有32分,來的及!
喝口水繼續,中間還有二個坡,不能停,停就跑不動,剩2k遇到吳青霞,跑到旁邊跟他說剩2k不要停繼續跑。
終於看到橋了,200公尺還有8分鐘,石頭放下,不會後悔為什麼要跑了。
上台⋯⋯⋯咸亨幫我拍照,跑到ㄎㄧ尢掉。
