| GPS賽道總長應43k果真硬斗的山道馬 無傷玩賽 ~耶
為了著停車位及上流動廁所(不足)大排隊,全馬開跑遲跑5分選手跑光了,臨時找不到起跑感應區及工作人員,隨便問跑友才倉促過指引的起跑感應區連熱身都省了,也不確認晶片是否感應成功就上陣了(心想若沒感應不就沒完賽證明了)原計劃sub4的念頭全沒了。
sub4之念沒了,就打算輕鬆跑歡樂補給站當LSD玩賽,照輕鬆的配速不知不覺7k處追上了430配速列車,14k處遇上認識的跑友與他聊天陪跑2k進入上坡段跑友跟不上叫我先跑,於是又是一個人玩賽,到了19k竟追上400配速列車就跟著前前後後跑(sub4之心已死燃不起勁,回程北風又是逆風,寒風刺骨還好補給站熱食熱湯又美味,賽道風景美駐足拍照紀念就這麼進展旅程),35k開始下零星的毛毛雨,怕漸漸轉大就開始加快腳步,就這麼跑到終點GPS竟43k全程冷颼颼跑衣竟是乾的天啊。 賽前宣言: 放假才能不放棄 賽後評分: 賽道全線有交通錐獨立賽道,且交管粉棒,補給很好水果運動飲料熱食都有,唯沖洗更衣間空間顯不足。 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 128~156 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 156~176 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 176~182 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 182~193 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 193~198 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為198 點此去設定最大心率 |
