早上跑21下午傍晚想說去輕鬆跑12公里~時間控制在6分鐘跑起來都很OK~可是跑到第11公里膝蓋有點酸痛~馬上收工~現在大腿整個鐵腿了~照這樣看來至少要休兩天跑不掉了啦!>.<
