年後的馬拉松總是跑起來令人感到心虛,由於年節期間的練習中斷,只能在前幾天儘量多增加跑量,找回維持續航力的跑感。起跑後跟著高手們一起衝出,想以均速4'10"跑到30K作為觀察體能的分界,但是在28K處轉入【援中溼地】已感到有點吃力了,本想撐到30K還是力不從心慢慢降速;30K之後開始轉念降均速到4'13~15"間,使自己跑得不會那麼痛苦;35K之後繼續降速4'16,就順其自然跑進終點吧!

賽後評分: 今年相較於以往有進步之處:寄物自由選擇分區;起跑分組有工作人員確認;賽道分流明確能落實等等,是一場優質的國際賽事。
