前半馬順順2小時內跑完,30k以後跑的很辛苦,為了防止抽筋,不斷停下來拉筋,速度拖累不少,不過竟然真的沒抽筋,未來要強化後段的跑力。
賽前宣言: 原本目標破四,但跑完烏來馬後發現跑力還是不行,sub4還是留給以後.這場比賽希望能再度享受到跑步的樂趣,無傷完賽! 20180108
