台南Alan Kuo 中間停下來和明仁拍照 台南Alan Kuo 感謝明仁拍照 原本預期會是烤肉的天氣,加上如果改組人數不多,分組可能只取3個,怕熱的我已經決定這場不拼成績,當做LSD訓練。
還好今天的天氣還不熱,天氣陰陰的偶爾有微風,在3月底的南部這樣的天氣算是不錯了。
前30K配5分速,因為沒什麼汗,決定每2個補助站才進站補水或是運動飲料,21K後肚子餓了,才開始吃固體食物-吃香蕉和麵包,包子.
10K 左右在台17還遇到騎單車要去南鯤鯓的明仁,還停下來和他合照..
30K後就每個補給站都停下來吃吃看喝...配速也降至5:30-5:40,30K後還停下來上了一次廁所..
最後1K被一個愈跑愈快的同組的跑者追過。
沒想到今天50歲組的分組有取到5名,我分組6就成為落選頭了,算是小小的遺憾!
但是今天跑的都還在控制和預期的範圍內,最重要的是可以無傷無痛的完賽,真的是很滿意了! 賽前宣言: 同事邀跑,還沒跑過,就來玩一玩吧! 賽後評分: 小而美的比賽,經過很多的木棉花花道。
