在25反扳後追到第二
之後在31K又追到第一
42路上不敢掉以輕心😅
一定要達到目地破4😤
最後2K多開始有上下樓梯
樓梯過後還有1K多的爬坡😨
快累屎,終點什麼還沒到
腳底板真的快有抽筋的感覺
還好最後35K遇到艋舺慢跑
噗嘍級的教練😊
不時提醒我呼吸不要亂
腳步要抬起小步的跑
使我很平安的跑回終點
