今天跟管大哥一起前往秋季馬,到東山國中時還不到5點,看到路邊有得停車就停了,離會場不到五百公尺,還算近,到會場後不斷有人跟管大哥打招呼,原來管大哥這麼紅,彷彿是網紅般的受歡迎 ^ ^
起跑時天氣很涼快,跑起來很舒服,前半段是山路地形,所以也不敢跑太快,本來跟著管大哥跑,不過他越跑越快,所以我就照著自己的速度跑,不過管大哥還是在我的可視範圍內,前半馬跑完剛好145,比我原本預計的還快,後半馬幾乎都是平路,心裡想著用450來衝這後半馬,有機會330完賽,跑到26K時左小腿抽了一下,著實讓我驚了一下,趕緊放慢腳步,之後想的就不是330了,而是如何才能不抽筋了,因為後半段大腿也有抽蓄感,所幸跑到最後都沒有真的抽筋,看來如何克服抽筋是未來的時候一門課了!!
很開心今天有好幾位好朋友上凸台,恭喜韓大哥,管大哥,國耕,彥彰及正益,尤其是彥彰及正益大破PB!
