今天遠東馬跑起來有點辛苦,不到10k就全濕,怕後面出狀況就慢慢調整,但一直沒抓穩跑感,第一次上後山走了一段,平常跑都很輕鬆的上去,當然也越跑越慢😂😂😂,之前試跑都頗輕鬆就完成,索性就慢慢吃喝回來,賽道上很多志工好友及團友,感謝有你們,之後台北,渣打再多努力看看嘍,今天變大濕😂
