今日參加全馬,下午3:30起跑,老婆參加半馬,下午5:30起跑!
由於這是場繞圈賽一圈2.8K,共有全馬組、歡樂組2.8K及8.4K跟超半馬組,參賽人數眾多,加上還有遊客以致賽道壅擠,造成沿途閃人及補給不易,只能邊跑邊閃,補給站人擠人搶水喝🤢🤢
起跑前6K還以430內均速跑,由於天氣悶熱感覺心率不穩可能隨時爆掉,還是自動降速保守以對!
最終以全馬男總10,分組第2完賽!
