一期一會的南迴改馬拉松
22度,陰天小雨
安朔交管中心到草埔隧道折返,先爬坡後下坡,坡度約2-4%,來回兩趟。
隧道段單趟4.6公里,所以有18公里是沒有GPS訊號,而且沿路沒標示里程,只能體感配速。
第一趟跑完後狀況不錯,第二趟爬坡還可以稍微加速,折返後因為全下坡,跑起來其實不太累。最後3K時依照手錶的里程計算,應該在3:35左右完賽,就放掉速度好好欣賞一下風景,沒想到其實GPS少了約一公里多,看到終點拱門後發現拼一下應該可以進330,趕緊加速狂奔,最後3:29:32完賽(晶片片時間3:29:27))。分組只取前七,無緣頒獎台。
賽後評分: 雖然整場活動不盡滿意的地方不少,像是停車規劃不清楚;完賽餐點只有一小碗湯;更衣區有帳篷,但水桶放在外面,只能在雨中沖水⋯
但能跑在風景優美的全新公路上,還是非常值得!
