木架山馬,全程上上下下,好像沒有什麼平路,而且路面很差,賽前主持人花花一直在說,赤足跑者一定要去買一雙鞋,不然可能要進醫護站,沒法完賽。
今天天氣不錯,幾乎沒有曬到太陽,因為沒有折返,所以前後有什麼人都看不到,跑了10K,距離都拉出來了,前後就幾乎沒人了,15K時追過紀淑如一個女生而已,好像自己在練跑,全程2/3都獨跑,也不曉得前面女生有幾個,最後6K那個坡放棄了,只能走上去了⋯⋯
