今天跑馬的省思..
就是跑馬錢真的不能亂吃..
昨天聚餐吃了烤肉讓我身體不舒服..
加上今天整路都是上上下下的緩坡..
所以我過13K到南元農場的時候開始心裡
OS:這什麼東西...怎麼跑這種上上下下的緩坡比我綠島還要累...結果第一次跑這種路線害我珮速亂七八糟...
後段也完全衝不快..我還太嫩要好好再把身體感覺配速感應好><
