不算很辛苦的初馬,19K時跌了一跤,起來時膝蓋痛痛酸酸的,原以為可能要棄權了,誰知走了200公尺覺得還好,所幸給他跑跑看,幸好無恙^^
就這樣跑跑走走,到了32K時有點微暈現象,想起老婆的一句話"要平安回來,不要逞強",腳步就停了下來拉拉筋稍作休息,果然好多了
最後的10K在跑1K走0.1K的策略下,無傷完賽,成績也算在預期內~~~happy
