06:00時參加308高地越野馬拉松賽於台南龍崎文衡殿準時開跑,一路山路上下在山區不停地繞圈,21K不到就感覺沒力要抽筋了!只好看到上坡就走上一會,大家都差不多,誰叫平日山路練不夠,補寄站每站停下喝水吃東西,最後5K腳已沒力,慢慢跑回終點,還好這場分組高手沒出現,獲得分一,拿到獎品及獎金!讚!
賽後評分: 補給還不錯,飲料、水、水果、冰塊都不缺,就是一路上有跑不完的山路,跑進308高第再繞回終點!
