| GPS漂很大,配速/距離都不準,只有時間是真的~
雖然前一天先勘查了一下坡度,緩緩上升,但長距離的緩坡,對肌力的負荷還是蠻大的,最後還是當了一小段的步兵~
回程下坡有稍微拉了一下速度,原想保4還是破功了,以4:08完賽,還可接受,山路沒練就是不行,繼續努力囉👊
也恭喜老婆今天代跑半馬順利完賽,厲害👍
