久違的自由活動時間慢慢的體感路跑一下,果然比賽後速度持續下降,哈哈
今天真的是被太陽擊敗,加上紅綠燈實在是天然守門員哈哈,不過路跑慢慢看一下周遭環境真的是還不賴,最後送4公里回家拿水進操場繼續跑,結果連水都拿不動,真的累了😫
