初百K比賽完成,練不夠,80KM之後大腿內側抽筋,GPS也差不多快沒電,只記到81KM,約8:55:XX完成,最後19km走了2個小時半太慘了(8分速,跟走路差不多了),挑戰sub11失敗,南橫台20線上上下下的很難跑,靠著預定的配速參考,終於跑上50KM折返點(前面還有一小段坍路,短短的offroad路面)。
回程下坡其實還算蠻順的,我很怕50km之後會開始沒力,但至少都可以維持5分30上下的配速,過了利稻70KM~80KM感受到是體能衰落的時期了,腦子這時候已經完全放空,只想著我要活下去~~~好不容易抵達45KM組的折返點,人好多,我有種回到人間的感覺,但這時候大腿內側又像今年鎮西堡一樣抽筋了,無奈只能以步兵輔以臀部出力高抬腿,轉換肌群讓大腿休息一下,不不過已經難以挽救,步兵的時間隨著越靠近終點,走的時間越來越長,最後5KM幾乎是全程步兵了,此時邊看風景邊回想這段時間的練習,一切都有了代價,徐徐的風吹來,我感覺到戰爭結束了,可以回家了,小跑步拍照衝線的瞬間,真的覺得很感動。
無傷完賽,也了解自己的極限,成績也比我想像中來的好,賽前一周壓力很大,很怕狀況不好或受傷。隔天的痠痛其實也沒有想像中的大,不過身體機能上,我覺得100km實在是太操了,這幾天要好好補充營養休息才是。
