今天下班再試試,又正常了,是怎樣啊???

不過也受傷了,到現在走路,阿基里斯腱都還會痛,哭哭...
在台東玩了5天,己經忘了當初跑的感想了,就簡單說一下重點好了,哈~
風景很~~美,路線佷變態(對我來說),
天亮後,被沿路美到不行的景色吸引,一直跟自己說,明年還要再來,
但愈跑卻愈跟自己說,跑過就好了,哈~ 哥就是這樣的善變,
辛苦走到折返點後,等著志工煮麵,吃飽後,回程就開始跑了起來,
還刷了阿紹的卡,一直到了75K吧,有點忘了,
右腳的阿基里斯腱痛到讓我沒辦法跑,到了天龍又被刷了回去,
我以為他會把我撿回去的,哈~
一路上走多於跑,加上回收車來來去去,讓我愈來愈想放棄,
