大安團練,今天採用復健模式訓練,將起跑速度降至6分速左右熱身跑2.5~3K,逐漸拉速至5分半,但拉不起來,感覺沒體力支撐,近幾次都有相同的情況;有種沒有燃燒熱能轉換動能的感覺........GG了
