造成上大腿肌提早抽筋
跑不到半馬跑跑走走
前半馬花了近三個小時
後半馬機乎只能用走的在趕路勉強完賽
而貢寮區的鐵道風光、福隆黃金沙灘等景真的不錯
只是老天不做美
大大的太陽高高掛
真的被打敗了
即使帶著帽子加防晒乳
賽後發現面還是被晒傷加燒檔
且前10K補結拉的有些長
也是失算的一點早知就背水帶應戰
