15次大環湖,你以為就可以輕鬆完勝棲蘭嗎?事實擺在眼前,你是錯的!
風景雖漂亮,但一路的爛泥路及碎石路,上上下下,真的有夠難跑,也一直被關門時間追著跑,到50k時心想再跑下去到62k一定被關門,雖然不甘心,但還是毅然決然的跟裁判提出降組改跑90k,最後跑完了,但還是非常的煎熬!這不僅是一場體力、耐力的挑戰,更是一場意志力與極限的表現,明年想去玩的,要開始準備了,保證讓你永生難忘…棲蘭一年只開放一次喔!😅😅

後記:
1)基於安全考量主辦單位要求參賽者背水袋、帶羽絨衣、風雨衣、前後頭燈、手機、行動電源及醫護包等相關裝備,對跑者來說真的是一大負擔,大大的增加了跑時的難度,但賽後想想,這也是這場賽事的另一個挑戰點
2)關於關門時間的規劃,我覺得有確實重新調整的必要,這種高難度賽事,15個小時完賽真的已經有難度,每個區段關門時間有壓縮的過緊,要停下腳步拍個照片都好緊張,跑到三姊妹約40k左右,大半人都快上回收車了,時間如果能夠稍微修改一下,相信更能吸引更多人的參與
