| 跑完12月的台北馬就很擔心疾情又爆發,果然1月中的馬拉松又陸續取消,還好這個月有報線上全馬~鶯歌大漢溪河濱全馬啟動😃
今天狀況還可以但到35k後有抽筋的感覺就不敢加速了😱
15k~27k能量膠(3~4包比較剛好)

(36~42還是可以維持跑速,但不敢加速抽筋感要克服~)
